Yes, you read right! We're doing some product demos next Wednesday the 9th December from around 1.30pm, and we are in need of 3-4 models - with absolutely NO cost - most of our colour models need to pay for product, but not this time!

We are seeking people with any length hair up to bra strap length and would like an example of each of the following, ideally:

Platinum blonde
Blue-black
Deep rich red
Random bright colour

What's the catch? Well, we do require you to please follow up with us in 2 weeks and 4 weeks time for us to see the longevity of the colour over time. SO ideally you'd be able to pop by the salon easily during the week. That's it!

If you would like any supplementary services like cuts, style blowdry, extensions or any other service, you will need to pay for those. But $0 for colour!

These are for Victorian classical period hairstyles, and we're looking for gals with at least shoulder length hair, preferably in lighter colours as these show more detail than black. We have the delightful Ms Kat coming over from Melbourne for a few days training at our Perth salon over the next few days, and we are still looking for a few models for Tuesday afternoon, Wed and Thu this week. Tue afternoon we are after 1 or 2 guys seeking shorter mens cuts (and beard trims for any few of you who might be hirsute): can be fairly mainstream, or a bit wilder!

Wed and Thu we are looking for a couple more gals for vintage, rockabilly styles, updo's and fantastic hair sculpture! Long or short hair is fine. One or two guys for vintage styles would also be ok but we are mainly looking for girls here. There is no charge for any of these services. Also - we have a model call for next month for Wildilocks @ BASE808 in Perth for the dates of 26, 27 and 28 of May. Kat from Melbourne will be doing training with the Perth crew and we need willing victims! Pin-up & vintage styles are likely to be covered as well as massage techniques and possibly some colour work. It's time for yet another model call! But this time we've got something a little bit different. We've had interest from a network TV crew, and we are in need of a "total makeover" model for the afternoon of Thursday September 4th. What we are looking for is someone with very VERY plain hair ie. reasonably long, uncoloured and preferably a natural colour other than black, to do an extreme makeover on. You need to be comfortable with being filmed, and okay with anything we do - which most likely be extreme bright Special Effects colour[s] and a high undercut that we can style into a mohawk. This will cost you the grand total of $0 and possibly launch your tv career [hehe, maybe just kidding about that last bit - but you never know!]

For our Perth store @ BASE808, we are currently needing models for colours in more "mainstream" styles: blonde foils, highlights, standard permanent colours rather than Special Effects etc - our apprentices still need to do the less adventurous stuff for school even though we don't do too much of this in the salon, our senior staff are very capable in these areas and need opportunities to guide the girls through outside of school. One of our Perth apprentices, Mere'Deth, is needing a model for this Thursday 28th January @ 1pm, for a layered cut - with a preference for an exisiting layered cut to be freshened up, but if you don't have layers that's still ok.
